That error in that location can mean a few things but as you are using PayPal Express it usually means PayPal rejected the request due to invalid credentials.
Can you double check you have the correct credentials setup in Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> PayPal Express
If they are correct we’ll need the error being thrown from PayPal during the request, you can find those in Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> logs (tab)
Each time you try to make a payment at least 1 log entry will be created, check within those for any errors. If you can’t see anything in the logs or are unsure you can send tempo login details using this form:
Error 10002; Restricted account is direct from PayPal, not EE and means either the credentials are incorrect or there is a problem with your PayPal account, see:
If you have confirmed your credentials are correct you’ll need to contact PayPal and have them check your account.
