Error message appearing on website

Hi,

We are experiencing an error message on our site, “An error has occurred: You need to select a ticket quantity before you can proceed.”

Do you know what’s causing this and if so, how to eliminate it?

Hi Brandon,

That can be caused by caching. So if you see that error appear out of nowhere on your site, you can try heading over to your caching plugin’s settings page and clear the cache.
