Error 404 when trying to log in with iPad app

I installed the event espresso app on my iPad and have tried to log in but get error 404. I have event espresso on my iPhone and have no problem logging in with the same information. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Cameron, could you double-check the credentials? They are case sensitive.

Hi I have double checked and it’s the exact same as my iPhone login information and I keep getting the same error message.

Hi Cameron,

Do you have the Espresso API plugin installed and activated? This is a link to its documentation:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/json-api-add-on/

The newer ticketing apps all use this api instead of the old API.
