Error 13 when submitting Credit Card Info

Hello. I am getting an error 13 when I submit credit card info. Using Authorize.net as the gateway. When I view in transactions it shows it went through but than I have to manually apply the payment. How do I get where payment is automatic and I receive no errors?

Hello, I checked this error in the Authorizenet support center:

Response Reason Text: The merchant Login ID is invalid or the account is inactive.

This error indicates you are either posting the incorrect API Login ID within your script, connecting to a server that does not recognize your account, or using an account which is inactive.

Is this an existing Authorizenet account or a newer (recently created account)?
