Can you go to your site’s WordPress dashboard, then go to the Settings > Permalinks page? Simply visiting that page will refresh the site’s rewrite rules which may fix the issue.
Hi Josh,
I do not know if I understood you correctly. I went to the dahboard and then to setting:permalinks. But nothing changes. The error message still appears.
OK thank you. I’m not seeing the error message on that page, so perhaps I’d need to be logged into the site to see the error message? If so, can you send temporary access to the site via the secure form on this page?
Since the error message only happens when you try to edit the event with Thrive Architect, this may be an issue with the current version of Thrive Architect. May I ask did the error start to happen after updating Thrive Architect to version 2.0.35, (released today)? If so you could try reverting to the site’s previous version of Thrive Architect and contact Thrive themes for support.
Many thanks for your help, Josh. The problem is solved. It was a problem of Threve Architect.
Have a great day
Helga
