What’s the easiest/best way to send a manual email to the attendees of one particular event?

Hi Arto,
You can use the batch messenger.

Although it references newsletters the batch messenger can be used to send a message to your attendees of a specific event.
View you registration for the event (Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover on event} -> Registrations)
Select the registrations you want to send the batch message to and click the batch message at the bottom of the list. You can create a custom template and send that, or change the text within the modal and then send.
Note you will need to do this in batches of roughly 30-50 (depending on your server) or you may find that generating the messages times out.
