enabling event ticket removes attendee list

I am having the same problem that kathleen was having in this support post https://eventespresso.com/topic/attendees-not-showing-in-database/ and after i deactivated event ticketing i could see the attendees again and i was wondering what i should do so i dont have to deactivate plugin everytime i need to view my attendees
