I have read many support questions and answers but none are recent enough to ensure that multiple addresses can or cannot be effected!
We run numerous events that involve many different event organisers and event trainers. Not all would be sufficiently confident to manage EE4 to retrieve booking and registration information.
I have created two categories of People; Organiser and Trainer
Is there a (simple) way to add [Organiser_email] and [trainer_email] to the “cc” field in the Message Templates?
If not simple, another method?
If neither, could this feature be requested?

‘People’ as in the People Add-on?
If so the people add-on is not intended to be used as a ‘staff manage’ type add-on.
Is there a (simple) way to add [Organiser_email] and [trainer_email] to the “cc” field in the Message Templates?
Not currently, you would need your own custom message shortcodes to pull that data in, but as the people add-on isn’t a staff manager it will take a fair amount of work to setup.
If not simple, another method?
You could create custom message templates and hard code the CC value for the trainer, then you would need to select the correct message template for the event to ensure the training also received those emails.
Would that work?

Thanks, I have managed to send the registration details to the Organiser by making the organiser “Event Author”.
It is thinking the EE4 way and modifying our existing workflow to suit!
