The way we have set up EE4 is that the Registration Approved email for the Primary Registrant is deactivated – this is because we want all registrants to get one email on registration (registrations are set to Approved as a default).
It seems that one issue with doing this is that the Resend Registration function sends to the Primary Attendee – if there is a single person on the registration, they don’t end up getting the resent email at all.
Am wondering whether there is a way around this so that the Resend Registration will go to the registrant, even if they are the Primary Attendee?
The Primary Registrant context is disabled on the Registration Approved message type by default and when I resend the registration details for a primary registrant it does trigger the registrant email for me.
Just to confirm, is this how you are resending the details?
Not sure what happened here but it looks like the issue was the resend emails were taking a day plus to arrive in inboxes. This seems to have resolved now.
