Hello The way we have set up EE4 is that the Registration Approved email for the Primary Registrant is deactivated – this is because we want all registrants to get one email on registration (registrations are set to Approved as a default). It seems that one issue with doing this is that the Resend Registration function sends to the Primary Attendee – if there is a single person on the registration, they don’t end up getting the resent email at all. Am wondering whether there is a way around this so that the Resend Registration will go to the registrant, even if they are the Primary Attendee? Regards Joe |

Hi there, The Primary Registrant context is disabled on the Registration Approved message type by default and when I resend the registration details for a primary registrant it does trigger the registrant email for me. Hi Tony Not sure what happened here but it looks like the issue was the resend emails were taking a day plus to arrive in inboxes. This seems to have resolved now. Regards |
