Hello I added some more text to the email that should be sent out after registering for an event. I tried using the test email widget on the right side to double-check if the registration email would be sent successfully and I also tried registering for an event and in both cases, I did not receive any email saying that I had registered.
Ok, to explain, above I’m checking that the messages were triggered and ‘sent’ as far as EE is concerned.
The fact that they show the green status bar means they were triggered, generated and ‘sent’ (passed over to your server) without any errors, which means the problem is further downstream from EE.
I’m guessing you are using your host’s mail server? No SMTP plugins etc?
Alright I will. I’ll create an event and test it out and see if that helps. Thanks for the prompt responses!
