We are having an issue where emails from EE are not coming through. The transactions show up in authorize.net but our front desk is not receiving the notification email that the transaction as happened. Any ideas? Link to screenshot below.
You should install a plugin like this one, http://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/, to keep track of what emails are sent out from your server. Or use a service like PostMark or Mandrill, which will also keep track of sent emails.
Can you send out a payment reminder email from the attendee payment admin page and have it received?
