Confirmations to the admin are not coming in for new registrations with latest EE4. Within EE->Messages we have even tried putting the TO email in to a specific email and it does not work, however, if we use the test email feature it works.
Also, using the check option for payment during option is not showing the Payable To or Payable Address information anywhere after registering so people are not able to see where to do this.
So not only are we the admin not getting notifications of new registrations, but users who register using the check or invoice option are not being sent any email confirmations. And payable information is not showing on the thank you page either!
Have you tried a system like Mandrill? Could you also double check general emails are going out by testing with the Check Email plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/
Can you provide a link to an example event so we can test the payment page? Thanks.
