Hi, I am running the 4.9.8 WordPress and Event Espresso 4.9.67.p I have the WP Mail Log and the EventEspresso>Messages status screenshots below: Even though there are no errors, the emails are definitely not being sent out. Any ideas? I use the ‘WP Mail SMTP’ plugin. I sent myself a Test mail, and still haven’t gotten anything. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Sorry, an update. The test email was received. However none of the registration emails are being sent? |
Hi, If you go to test an email from one of the email Message template editors, do you receive the test? If so, it may help to go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request. If not, can you verify whether *other* emails (like a WordPress password reset email) get sent from your site? You can install this plugin to verify whether the mail actually gets sent or not: It’s important to discern whether the emails are actually not getting sent, or if they’re actually getting sent, but not received. If you find that they’re getting sent, can you check to see whether the emails are getting trapped in the spam folder? In most cases, setting up a third party service to deliver email will resolve email delivery issues. The built-in mail servers (especially those that are used for shared hosting accounts) can be unreliable. We recommend using a service like Mandrill, Postmark, or any of the other services listed in our documentation for sending transactional email. Hi Josh, Really appreciate your complete answer step by step. I’d like to answer each of your points. I did receive the test email. 1. Setting sent on the same request 2. WordPress > Created New User email 3. I do have the “wp-mail-logging” installed. It shows all emails are sent. 4. Emails are definitely not found in the Spam folder. I checked and so have others. 5. Shared Hosting Thank you so much! |

I tried recommendation #5, with MailJet, it works! Problem solved, thanks! |

Hi, Sorry I’m having a whole new set of problems now. MailJet was working until my customers are now getting this: I have the WP Mail Log and the EventEspresso>Messages status screenshots below: This is getting extremely frustrating… Please hellpp Thanks in advance! |
Hi Clifford, With services like MailJet you do need to make sure that the From address set in the EE email message templates matches the From address that’s allowed for your account. You likely were able to successfully send an email test with MailJet, so you could use the From email address that was used for the email test. |

From Address on MailJet: From Addreess on Espresso: For registration sake, I deactivated the MailJet plugin, and reactivated the WP Mail SMTP, so that at least registrations can keep going. Although no confirmation emails are being sent out. WP Mail SMTP also now fails to send a test email. When I try, it just freezes. I was really hoping MailJet would be the final solution to this email nightmare. |

Update: WP Mail SMTP test mail (From Admin@Copadehk.com) works! I set Encryption to TSL before, now I put it back to SSL and it works. However when I try to Requeue for Sending the emails from Event Espresso, it says they were successfully sent, however I haven’t received anything. |
|
Update: Further Authorized MailJet Still getting this error at checkout: Emails under “Event Espresso>Messages” are marked in Orange (Failed Sending, Can Be Retried) |

Hi, problem solved! I spoke Live Chat with my server’s support, and they said the emails sent are dropped as spam. They have now whitelsited the domain. Everything works now. Thanks! |
