Hello EE Team
I trust you are all well.
We have EE 3.1.32 and are needing to email a group of attendees (but not all) with an event confirmation. I can see options to email each attendee individually and to email all attendees – is there a way of selecting a group of attendees to send the email to (but not to all?
I did search the forums for answers – apologies if I have missed a previous answer to this.

Hello,
You can’t select the attendees that you would like to mass email. You would need to do this individually or on a per-event basis.
If you are using the MailChimp add-on, then you can select each attendee from a list on MailChimp and send a message through that service.
Also, you are running an old and unsupported version of Event Espresso. The current version is 3.1.36.5.P.

Thanks Lorenzo – if I update to 3.1.36.5.P., can the update process lead to loss of data or affect other functionality. Jacqui

Hi,
It should be fine to update as your version is relatively close, I still recommend backing up your database prior to an update.
