We purchased package so we can have emailed tickets sent when people purchase, but we cannot locate the ticket template, nor determine how to make sure they get sent as people purchase their tickets. We have multiple events and likely people may purchase multiple items.
Please let us know how to find template and also integrate so they will send out upon purchase.
Thank you.
We had seen the template before, we cannot locate now, activated, de-activated and re-installed, no luck. We have Godaddy WP managed hosting.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message templates (tab)
Do you see a ‘Ticket’ and ‘Ticket Notice’ template there? – http://take.ms/uCFX0
(Note you may have multiple pages of templates so be sure to check all pages)
Please let us know how to find template and also integrate so they will send out upon purchase.
The ticket notice should automatically be sent out out when the registration is ‘Approved’ (which happens automatically when full payment is made).
We have Godaddy WP managed hosting.
Have you disabled server side caching on your site?
Check the ‘Ticket Notice’ is shown in the active messengers. If it is, move it to the inactive box (drag and drop) wait a few seconds and move it back to active.
Do you now see the ticket notice in the message template list?
