After upgrading to Version 4.6.4.p, and without making any changes to the plug in, the admin is not receiving emails from it’s own email address. Eg info@dogtagdogtraining.com.au doesnt even receive test emails. I do receive them if I put in a gmail address (or similar) info@dogtagdogtraining.com.au is able to send and receive fine in my email program & webmail.
My settings:
Registration is auto set to “Approved”
The default message template is set to “Event Admin” Only
The To/From is set to: [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] * but i have tried multiple combinations including info@dogtagdogtraining.com.au & lee@dogtagdogtraining.com.au
As mentioned, sending test emails to info@ or lee@ wont work. Only sending test emails to a gmail account (or similar) will work.
Hi Tony, thanks for that. I have installed and tried Mandrill but my problem still remains. I can send to anyone but an xxx@dogtagdogtraining.com.au email address. I might have a chat to the web host to see if they can offer a suggestion.
Hi, I’m not sure if this is the issue that is occurring but could check to see if this domain only accepts mail from an approved senders list?
