You can call details for the specific ticket the registration is for within the email, but you can’t create completely separate message templates per ticket, only event.
So may I ask what details on the ticket you are looking to use?
We are having a hybrid event where a customer can purchase either a regular conference ticket or a virtual ticket. We are setting it up this way because our customers are part of a large city and may purchase a few regular tickets and also purchase a few virtual tickets for their employees.
After the customer purchases a virtual ticket, I would like an email to send them a special link that directs them to a url to setup their credentials.
The only problem with using the ticket description is that value isn’t private and is available on the front end, I’m not sure if that will be a problem for your set up?
