I have recently found out that the person handling our registrations has not been receiving the emails. I have sent a few tests to myself from different email addresses. My Microsoft Exchange email seems to receive the emails, but my Google and iCloud address do not. I have also checked my junk folder and nothing is in there. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? I use Bluehost as my service provider.
Thanks Josh! I have activated SendInBlue. When I go to Messages it still states that it is using wp_mail. Do I need to activate SMTP for it to work and then it will automatically switch?
I’m not familiar with SendInBlue, have you tried contacting their support?
