The majority of our registrants pay by invoice. I would like to receive a notice by email whenever someone registers regardless of whether they paid in advance or chose to be invoiced. Right now I’m only getting the notices if they pay by credit card in advance. Is this possible?
Also, if I have the settings so that an email is not sent to the registrant if they have not yet paid – do they still get an invoice by email, or do I have to send those out manually from the dashboard.
It looks like you currently have the option ‘Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?’ within Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Email Settings set to No.
If that’s the case both the admin and attendee confirmation email will only be sent once the registration has been ‘Complete’ which happens automatically when payments are made online. This would need to be done manually when using Invoice payments and that option.
The invoice link is a part of the Registration Confirmation email, as the setting above prevent these from send before payment they would not automatically receive a copy of the invoice by email so yes this would also need to be done manually.
However when selecting the Invoice payment method they can download the Invoice from the page – http://take.ms/fzch7 (the should also be clicking the ‘Complete your Registration’ link)
