I set up a test event and sent the confirmation email manually to my Yahoo account. However, when I select “special header” for email the email doesn’t get sent. I don’t want the sender to show as WordPress. Is there another way to change this so that it shows my company name instead?
The payment was made for the test event however, EE does not send the confirmation email to my account with the ticket link. It continues to show as “pending” Is there a known reason why this would happen? Thanks.
