So everything is sworking well except the email notifications. I originally installed EE about 3 months ago and since my admin installed and activated it I get the emails without issue. The clients are getting confirmation emails when they purchase. But I added my boss Mark to the list of email notifications since he needs to get them and he is not getting any of them. I have read all the documentation and added his email in every field for messages. I have tested numerous times and it is only him who is not receiving messages. I have asked him to check his junk/spam mail and the notifications are not there either. Any suggestions on how to get these to work?
May I ask, how exactly have you added the email address to the templates?
Some mail servers don’t like multiple emails within the to field so if you have added his email separated by a comma it may simply be ignored.
Are you sending email via you hosts PHP mail, SMTP or something other config?
