For some reason none of the email notifications are sending. I have EE 4 version 4.9.39.p. I developed the site on a different server and then migrated the site to it’s current hosting. I have checked to see if wp_cron is working and it is (I installed wp crontrol and was able to verify that is running. I have set the messages to send “On the same request” in message settings. It was set to seperate request before. I’m doing anything I can think of to get messages to send. In message activity window I have 102 messages that have not sent. They are showing the “Messenger is Executing” color code. I’ve tried to resend a message by selecting a message and then choosing “Queue for resending” and I get the following error:

No messages were queued for resending. This usually only happens when all the messages flagged for resending are not a status that can be resent.
Any ideas on how I can get EE to start sending notifications?
If you go to test an email from one of the email Message template editors, do you receive the test? If so, it may help to go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request.
If not, can you verify whether *other* emails (like a WordPress password reset email) get sent from your site?
In most cases, setting up a third party service to deliver email will resolve email delivery issues. The built-in mail servers (especially those that are used for shared hosting accounts) can be unreliable. We recommend using a service like Mandrill, Postmark, or any of the other services listed in our documentation for sending transactional email. More info here:
We found the problem, there was a problem on our VPS server with permissions for sending email. It is working now.
