Hi,

Are other EE emails being sent out and received?

Are general emails from your site being sent out and received? You can use the Check Email plugin to test this ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ )

Hi Dean,

We are getting the notification to the “admin” of the Site (wordpress) , but not to the ‘Primary Contact Email’ , which is given in the settings of the plugin, and also we want the notification to two mails.

Need help on this ASAP…

Hi Cathy,

I’m assuming this is EE4, is that correct?

By default EE4 sends the Event Admin emails to the Event Authors email address (the email of the user account that created the event)

This can be changed within the messages system.

Go to Event Espresso -> Messages.

You will see a list of message templates. ANy message template that has the ‘Event Admin’ context activate will need to be edited separately.

See here – http://take.ms/bIMsq

Click on each of those links and edit the To field, he is an example from the ‘Registration Approved’ event admin link – http://take.ms/0KXUM

Change [EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL] to be either [CO_EMAIL] or [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] to use the Primary Contact Email within the Organisation settings.

Save the setting and repeat for each message type.

You can also add additional emails within that TO field separated by a comma, for example:

[CO_EMAIL],my@email.com

http://take.ms/2Ph9e

Will send the Event Admin email to both those addresses.
