Email not sending to correct address on booking confirmation

i have EE4, on the settings tab i have a email address set up but the email goes to one person not the group email. example info@mydomain.com and it goes to x@mydomain.com no one else in the group receives the email apart from one person

Hi Paul,

Your messages will likely be currently set up to go to the Event Authors email address.

Which version of EE4 are you using and have you modified your message templates at all?

I have just upgraded to the latest version 4.3.1.p

no I haven’t modified your message template

Actually I may be thinking of something else.

Is this the ‘Pending Payment’ email sent to the Attendee when making a group booking?

Or is is another email sent to the Admin?
