All messages appear to be sent when looking at Message Activity, but the messages are not received.
I have checked spam, but not there.
I did notice that when updating the Event Expresso plugin that several older emails were then received. They seem to be getting stuck somehow.
I saw in another post that GoDaddy hosting can cause issues with email sending. I am NOT using GoDaddy, I am using SiteGround and have never had email issue with them previously.
Regardless of your web hosting company, what could be happening is delay at the mailserver end. So if the Mail logging plugin shows the emails are getting handed off right away, then the next place to look is at the mail server. Or better yet you could use a transactional email service.
I chose to try out Postmark. Once this has been set up and tested is there anything to be done in event expresso so that the emails will send through postmark, or do I just need to enable the postmark?

Nothing to be done in Event Espresso. The Postmark plugin will route all the site’s email sending through the Postmark service after it’s been activated and configured.
