Email for Registration & Payment Confirmation not working anymore

Hello, Need help here 🙂

Email for Registration & Payment Confirmation not working anymore,

Using WordPress 3.9.1 version
General Setting on WordPress & General setting on event espresso already using the same admin email address (using gmail)
Send payment confirmation emails? > YES
Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received? YES
Use fancy email headers? NO
Plugin Installed :
1. wpMandrill (If i do the send test, it works)
2. Email Log (The log reveal the email was sent)

But none of the registration or payment confirmation email was sent 🙁
I tried also resend email on each attendee, none of it was work yet.

Hi,

I assume you have set up an account with Mandrill?

Have you made any test reservations and do you receive any emails? Have you and your users checked the spam folder?

Are normal WordPress emails going through, such as reset password, new user etc?

Have you tried the Check Mail plugin to test? https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

Hi,

I already using Check Mail as you suggested,
and the result the email on wordpress wasn’t working
I also try to create new user, and try to send the email notification, it wasn’t work again.

I already try to search how to fix this issue, bit confuse with so many option, so i need your advice once again.

Hi,

If Check Email fails to send out an email then there is a problem with the server. Did you set up the Mandrill account? If not try that and see if Mandrill can assist. If you did and the emails are still not sending, you may wish to contact your host to discuss this.
