In default confirmation registration message, a gray background is appearing behind my logo. My developer has removed these from the templates in the admin. Where do further changes need to be made on this?
Also, did your team member edit the event admin context and the registrant context for the registration approved email?
The reason I ask is after a registration, two emails go out — one for the event admin (event author) and the registrant/attendee. If your team member only edited one of the message types, then you may be viewing the other one that was not edited.
Thanks Marti. This is a different email template than what I described in my earlier reply. It references payment information so please check this message type:
Event Espresso –> Messages –> Payment Received. Then click on the Primary Registrant.
Also, the grey color comes from this which is set on the table:
bgcolor=”#999999″
It is visible if you toggle text mode when editing the message type:
