To be clear, it’s not actually a gateway that processes payments, but rather a selectable payment method option that displays instructions on how registrants can send the electronic bank draft payment.

The default text is brief for a reason: each country and maybe even each bank have different ways of handling EFT payments.
Generally you would want to advise them to make the payment via their bank or online banking system and provide your appropriate details (for example, as I live in the EU, I would provide my Business Name and banking IBAN code).
