Hi,
We are looking at using EE4 for our next project. Please could you help with the below queries?
1 – Can we use custom registration fields?
2 – With the event forms and custom fields that the users complete. Will these be saved so that the next time they fill out an event form the fields will be pre-filled.
3 – Will custom registration fields be carried over to the event fields of the same question? So for example if we ask for their Eye Colour on registration will this be pre-filled when they go to buy tickets for an event?

Hi,
Thanks for your interest in Event Espresso.
1) Not via WP User Integration, you would need to use a third party plugin to modify the WordPress registration form.
2) If it’s set that a user will be created or a logged in user registers for an event, then any Personal information they have logged will be used. If they did not fill out an address (for example), but do so in the registration form, that info will be updated on their profile.
3) Only Personal Information (name, email, address) will be auto filled for the user. Custom questions will still need to be filled out for each registration.

Thanks for coming back to me.
Just to follow up on point 2 and 3. If a logged in user registers for an event on a certain date then if they go to register for the same event but on a different date will the custom event registration information be pre-filled?

Hi Joe,
The personal question group (name and email) are pre-filled. We have an enhancement to also extend this to the address question group as that information could also be considered static (i.e. it does not change very often.)
Custom questions that you create would not be pre-filled as this information could be different on a per event basis.
