Hi, I’m experiencing an issue on some mobile and tablet devices where users are being redirected to ‘/registration/?ee=_register’, which gives them the Event Registration page with a “nothing in your event queue” message. This is after selecting a ticket to purchase, and then clicking the register button. Event in question: https://bacc.cc/events/girls-night-out/ It seems to work fine on my computer and laptop. It’s happened on a couple iPhones and iPads. We use those devices for registering people we see in person so it’s important we figure out a solution here. And on a side note, is it possible to get a more responsive display for mobile registration page? It now just displays part of the ticket table, and you have to scroll right/left. Not super smooth. Thanks, Mike |

OK just an update after troubleshooting, it looks like this is only happening to users not logged in to wordpress. Any ideas as to why it would do that? I don’t have any pages set to private. |
Hi, are you running any caching services or caching plugins on this site? Or are you using a web host that provides built-in caching services? — |

Our host (WP Engine) has built in caching. They let you purge it (which I tried), but it doesn’t let you select pages to exempt, which is what I saw you recommended in one of your support pages. |
Hi Mike, they’ll be able to adjust those if you open a support ticket through the support area: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-wpengine-hosting-event-espresso/ http://wpengine.com/support/wpengine-ecommerce/ — |

Cool, how exactly should I phrase my request? Are there certain pages or URLs I should give? I’m not sure how to ask them to exclude anything event espresso related. |
Hi Mike, here is an example of what you could write when you open the support ticket.
*Note: the slugs that are mentioned above are from a default version of Event Espresso 4. If you have changed your slugs or are using different pages, then be sure to update them in the sample message above. Thanks. — |
