We have had users complain that the tickets aren’t being added to their “event que” once clicking register. We have tried with Chrome and it works, however IE 11 & Firefox 35.0.1 doesn’t seem to add the tickets to continue to the buy process. Also latest Safari.
Our site is live so please any urgent help greatly appreciated.
That is very likely the cause, I’ve just added some tickets using Chrome and was shown ‘Nothing In Your Event Queue’ which is usually what happens when caching is enabled.
Please do let us know if setting up the cache exclusions allows this to work correctly.
