1: How do you get rid of the iCal dates? See link.

Do you want to just remove the iCal links or the full date list?

You mean duplicate datetimes? If you click the cog icon does it show a ticket set on the datetime (you will not be able to remove them) just check if a ticket is assigned to it, based on the screenshot there will be and its expected that you can not remove them if tickets have been sold for that datetime.

Hi Dorian,

You can remove the iCal dates by adding this code to your site:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/useful-php-code-snippets/#no-ical

The reason the “Week Camper” tickets cannot be removed is because they each have registrations (2 and 1, respectively). The Week Camper tickets are not displayed on the front end of the site. If you must delete those tickets, the associated registrations will need to be deleted first.

1: Just want to see the tickets. So iCal and dates

2: Why are Week Camper not showing if 1 of 45 was sold?

3: The other days do not have any sold, so why can’t they be deleted?

Sold does not mean the same thing as registered.

The following CSS will hide the entire datetime section:

.event-datetimes {display:none;}

either way there are 45 tickets available and it’s greyed out and not showing.

That’s because those tickets were archived. May I ask what exactly do you want to do with those tickets?

They have two options for camps.

They can buy a ticket for any one of the days, no matter what date they click on. If they click on the 5th for example, they can still buy the 4th or 7th, or week camp.

I’m poking around to see if there is something I can do first. Main thing is why Week Camp is not showing…

The reason why Week Camp is not showing is because its ticket price was edited. When a ticket price is changed & there’s already at least one registration for that ticket, the original ticket is archived. You can add a new ticket for Week Camp in that event and it will display.
