Hi Garth. Yeah, It only happened if I do the following…
Add Multiple Datetimes
Then add Multiple Tickets
Then apply the Datetimes I need for all the tickets
Hit Save!
It seems to work for me now if I save as I go…. When I have more time I’ll try to replicate the issue.
I have a feeling that it was when I applied only some of the datetimes to some of the tickets at the end of my process… without first saving that caused the problem.
Could you confirm that you are saving to a draft or publishing after making all of your edits?
It won’t autosave as you create and duplicate tickets.
