Does it make a difference if I create a custom template from the default? I was under the impression we were supposed to do this instead of editing the global template.
Hi, edits to global templates will apply to all events. If you use a custom template, then it will apply to events where they are assigned overriding the global templates.
Do you receive the ticket notice email if you use the test send option in the extra actions area?
