We have been using EE4 now for several months and it is working quite well. We are very pleased with it.
We have one small problem. About 5% of the registrations do not return the name, address, telephone number, or email address of the registrant. A record is created that only shows the event and the time of registration.
We have two options for payment at registration — cheque or PayPal. The problem occurs for both. PayPal seems to be working fine.
Name, address, and telephone number are mandatory fields. A registrant would have enter that info before getting to the PayPal or cheque screen. Yet somehow this data does not get returned.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this missing data?
Thanks for the link. I’ve added the slugs for the transaction and registration pages to the no cache section on WP Super Cache. I’ll provide a status update in a few days.
