We’re running version 4.6.28p of EE and running into an issue where Question Groups are appearing no matter what’s been selected on the event edit screen. When I do select a question group to display, the group is duplicated (this is not due to number of attendees).
Hi Kevin, it looks like the questions may be part of the personal question group. If that is the case, then they will always appear during registration checkout since the personal question group includes a name and an email.
A name and an email is the minimum information that Event Espresso needs to process a registration.
Could you login to your WP dashboard and go to Event Espresso –> Registration Form –> Question Groups. Then click on the Personal question group.
If those questions are assigned here, then please uncheck them and save. Then go ahead and reassign to a different question group.
