I do not see “Tickets” under messages, but I see “Ticket Notice” after I moved it from an inactive message type to the email settings tab.
After going to registrations and clicking on the resend ticket, I receive an email with a link to print the tickets, but that link simple takes me to my website homepage.
All I am trying to do is to automatically send the tickets to someone who purchases a ticket after the ticket is cleared. I have been trolling the support forum for hours to no avail. I have even uninstalled the addon and redownloaded a fresh copy and installed it to no avail.
You can activate the Ticket message type by going to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings, then you click on the html link that appears just below the tabs. Then you’ll drag the Ticket message over to the active message types box.
They may be on page 2 of the Default Message Templates list table. In which case you can go to page 2, or set the Screen options to show more items per page.
