Then go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Look in the top right area of your screen and click on Screen Options. Then adjust the pagination from 10 to a higher value like 20 and save changes.
After the page refreshes, you should see more message types.
Yes, you can resend the ticket notice to a registrant/attendee that has paid for their registration and received a status of registration approved. If the event is free, then this happens right after the registration.
Go to Event Espresso –> Events and then hover over the name of an event and click on Registrants. Then on the next page, look at the actions column. There is an icon for resending the ticket notice and it looks like this:
That shouldn’t stay at 90%, it should finish. If it’s still at 90%, it will help if someone from support staff can take a look at the site to find out why it’s stuck.
