EE4 Plugin not updating but my support license is valid

When I tried updating the plugin on my website, it says that the support license is being used on another website. However, when I login to my account, I see that it does have the correct domain name.

Perhaps it’s because my site has an SSL? I found a similar forum post here:

Hi Mike,

I reset your key, if you go to Event Espresso > General Setting in your site’s WP admin, then save, it should clear things out for you.
