Hi

i have just migrated over to EE4 and had issues with events and attendees coming over from EE3. i think this is mainly because we were using recurring events in EE3. i went through the migration process but it only came up with thousands of very very old events ( up to dec 2013 i think) i read on the forum it might help to clear the EE4 tables and restart so i cleared the tables which has got rid of all the old data ( not really needed i suspect)but i still dont have any of the sign ups/events for dec/ jan etc

Is there any way of getting these current events over to EE4 at all or could you point me in the direction of the information for the current and future events that were on my site before the migration so that i can find out who has/ hasnt paid/ and maybe extract the event info manually for monday morning

Other issues with the migration
1. The mailchimp migration tool doesnt seem to work and keeps crashing

2. The notification bar keeps saying i need to go to the critical page but it seems like i have done all thats needed.

I backed up the website before i started this using the backup app so hopefully the databases are still available.

Im on a tight schedule as it all needs to be back up and running for monday morning hence the support token 🙂 Especially if im going to have to re imput a lot of info.

Thanks

Hannah

I have reset the website temporarily back to EE3 as EE4 was creating an internal server error and preventing the webpage from loading. look forward to further help regarding the migration over to EE4
