Hi, we are using a mac and trying to export a csv pf registrants for one event as per: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/registrations-ver-4-0/
The only page with an ‘export csv’ button at the bottom is the registrant contact list. We would like to export the registration information (name, number of tickets, paid status) since some of our performance locations are off line and we can not use event espresso to check in our patrons. Is there a way to export this information?

Hi Crispi,
You can get an export of this information by going over to the Events Overview and hover over an event name, then click on the Registrations link.
There you’ll see a button you can click to get a registrations report. The button is labeled “Registrations CSV Report”.

I swear I’m not loosing it – I searched for that link on that page and it wasn’t there! Computer glitch, it’s there now. thanks!

Hi Crispi,
You may have gone to the Registration overview screen. The button only appears when you are viewing registrations for a specific event.

I figured out where is doesn’t appear. If you go the a specific event, then open the registrants the button appears. If you navigate to page two of the registrants it is not on that page (or any subsequent pages) and when you navigate back to page one it no longer appears.
