Hi, I have attempted to increase the PHP memory using the information found here: I looked in the error log on the server and am seeing this error after i attempt to download the CSV file: Our Event is next week and would be very helpful if we could export this data prior to the Event. |
Hi James, Could you re-test this with only Event Espresso running? Also, could you share an estimate of how many registrations you are trying to export? — |

|
Hi Lorenzo, To re-test with only Event Espresso, do you mean deactivate all other plugins? |
Hi James, It will only pull from a specific event but if there are a lot of questions per event, then it could run out of memory. Could you briefly test with other plugins deactivated and Event Espresso activated? Be sure to reactivate your plugins afterwards. — |

Hi Lorenzo, James |
Alright, thanks for trying. Here is a workaround to get that information: https://eventespresso.com/topic/csv-report-download-problem/#post-119066 — |

Thanks Lorenzo, the workaround worked! Kind of cumbersome, but at least we’re able to get the registrations out. – |
Thanks for confirming! I’ve created a feature request to add an option to export a certain number of registrations at once. — |

Hello again James, We’ve made some improvements in the registration CSV report system today and we would like your help in testing it out. Our developer’s benchmark shows that its more efficient and about five times faster. Do you have a testing or staging site available and are you running a recent version of Event Espresso 4.6.x? {redacted, please see the next topic update below — JF} Thanks! —

Update: Event Espresso 4.6.27.p includes the improvements in the registration CSV report system. |
