I have read through the other threads about this and checked my error logs and made sure caching was disabled on this site. I’m still getting the An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
This can sometimes happen if too much time has been taken to complete the registration process.
Please return to the Event List and reselect your tickets. If the problem continues, please contact the site administrator. Error when adding a registration in the backend. Any thoughts?

Hi Californiasteve,

Usually the error means the PHP sessions are not maintaining state. This could be cause by the server configuration and/or a plugin or the WordPress theme. The first thing to do is rule out the plugins&theme cause and this is quickly accomplished with the WordPress Health Check plugin.

First you install the Health Check plugin, then go to WP → Dashboard → Heath Check → Troubleshooting. There you’ll Enable Troubleshooting Mode, then once that’s activated you’ll reactivate Event Espresso only via the Health Check’s Troubleshooting item in the WP admin bar. At that point, can you check to see if the issue persists?
