“Hi Dorian, Hoping you can review and determine why espresso is not updating when purchases are made. This purchase was made on 4.20.19”.

So it is not showing that someone is registered for the class. It still says ‘0’.

Hi Dorian,

If you go into the WP dashboard, then go to the Registration list for that event, are there any registrations listed there?

Espresso is still not updating correctly. The issue is that if the main menu view (1st image) does not show the correct number of clients registered; there is a possibility I may cancel or not even schedule an artist for the class. I should not have to click on each event to determine if I have clients registered for the class as shown in the image.

Hi Dorian,

Are you still using Authorize.net SIM on that site or is it using one of the newer gateways?

Authorize.net

Do you mean Authorize.net SIM or one of the other gateways from Authorize.net? If the site is using SIM, then it will help to update it to use the newer Authorize.net Accept gateway.

Please see this note from Authorize.net that’s about updating to use the Accept gateway:

Actually using Authorize.net AIM

It’d still be best to update to Authnet Accept, but if you’d prefer to troubleshoot AIM, what you can do is go to Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs and check for error messages logged for the transactions where the registrations did not get automatically updated to Registration Approved.

It’s a separate add-on you install and activate on your site. There’s more information here:

I’m not seeing it in my downloads section.

Someone from the sales team has just added it to your account. You’ll find it under the EE4 downloads section.
