Hi, We have the EE4 package and reading your help topics, you said to download EE Mobile App to check in attendees at event. I tested buying a ticket on our event and received the email confirmation but no QR codes just a registration code: 19-3-1-006b, how do I check in my attendee with this? Do I have to manually type into my app?

Hi there,
To receive a ticket with a barcode you can use to scan on the app you need the EE4 Printable Ticketing Add-on:

That add-on generates the tickets for registrations. When the user registers they will receive a ‘Ticket notice’ email with a link to open their ticket, you can then scan that on the app.
You can manually check attendees in on the app, but as you mentioned QR codes, I’m assuming the above is what you are looking for?
