After upgrade to 4.6.1.p, and when a ticket is selected to purchase followed by Register Now, it did initially load the Registration form. Once filled out with required fields and Captcha etc, the form returned an error message box: From then on, trying to purchase a Ticket results in an immediate display of the Registration Checkout Page with the message: Nothing in your Event Queue I have flushed Caches, Browser refreshes, but it is constant across all browsers and mobile. What can I do to fix this, please? Further Info: |
Hi Peter, We’ll have a fix for this in the next update we are working on, but in the meantime you can: Add this code near the bottom of your WordPress theme’s page template:

Hi Josh, my apologies but I’m not that smart. I use the Thesis 2.0 Theme. I don’t know how to do what you suggested properly using that theme. How many hours until you release the fix? |
Hi Peter, Event Espresso 4.6.2 is released now and includes the fix for themes that don’t have the get_footer() hook. |

Updated to 4.6.2.p but the problem still exists where trying to purchase a Ticket results in an immediate display of the Registration Checkout Page with the message: Nothing in your Event Queue I have flushed Caches, Browser refreshes, but it is constant across all browsers and mobile still. |
Hi Peter, Event Espresso 4.6.4, which is available to download now, has the fix for the Nothing in your event queue issue. |

I have 4.6.2.p updated from earlier. When I do a “Check Again” in WordPress Updates, it says I have the latest plugin and no update exists. |

It may take a little while for a transient to expire and the update to show up in your wp-admin. You can always download manually via your account page and upload via ftp to your site. |
