Hey, just wondering if there was a way to automate the sending of the attendee list for an event a few hours before the event is suppose to start and as the event is about to start.
Is this possible? If not do you have any suggestions on how to get the list to an employee without giving them access to the full event espresso back end?

Hi,
There’s no schedule email system that could achieve it.
If you just needed a basic list, you could use the [LISTATTENDEES] shortcode (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/shortcodes-template-variables/#attendee-list) on private (password protected) page that they could access.
Alternatively, you could export the attendee list to spreadsheet and email that to them.
