On the pdf invoice, it pulls the attendee name as the ‘bill to’, but a lot of times the attendee in not the one who pays for the class. We need the payers billing information to pull to that slot including name and address. How would we do this?

For Event Espresso 3, this would involve making some custom edits to the PHP inside the invoice template. Are you open to upgrading to Event Espresso 4? The reason I ask is because editing the invoice for EE4 doesn’t involve doing any custom PHP programming.

Yes, we are open to that. What is involved with it on EE4, is it shortcodes?

Yes, in EE4 you edit the PDF using a message template editor and there’s a number of shortcodes you can use to print information captured from the registration form.

May I ask where you’re capturing the payer’s name and address from? Are these fields from the registration form?
