Hi,

We added some events in Oct and Nov
http://www.otffeo.on.ca/en/learning/otf-connects/calendar/

but it does not show in WP EE3 plugin in Overview?
Any reason what is happaning?

Also, on page Sessions it shows most of items ther but not the first one Technology in the Classroom
http://www.otffeo.on.ca/en/learning/otf-connects/sessions/

Not sure if related but When I try to add new event is shows a message about the licnes for some reason?
“Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.”

The license was reset already but is still shows it -very confusing what is happanign with that licenes issue.

Thanks for any help

What do you see when you view the overview?

How are these ‘session’ pages generated?

Are you using a shortcode on this page: http://www.otffeo.on.ca/en/learning/otf-connects/sessions/technology-classroom/

If so whats the full shortcode? Which event should show on that page?

Not sure if related but When I try to add new event is shows a message about the licnes for some reason?

You’re license key is currently active on 2 domains, your main site, and the site available at the subdomain ‘beta’. You will need to remove the license key from the subdomain and reset your license key again to remove the notice as its currently active on 2 sites.
